Zozan has 10 years of professional experience. She has been with NCG since 2010, partner of the firm since 2012. In addition, she is expert on the Norwegian Refugee Council-Norcap, for secondments to UN organisations in the following sectors: monitoring and evaluation, assessments, coordination, reporting, political analysis and human rights promotion. In 2015, she was on leave to work as M&E consultant for UN World Food Programme (WFP) regional office in Bangkok.
She has worked in many sectors including: international development (hereunder children, youth, women, persons with disabilities, refugees), evaluation/monitoring, political affairs, migration, capacity development and food security. Zozan has good experience in report writing, developing surveys, quantitative and qualitative methods of data collection, contextual and country analysis, policy/strategy documents, research and analysis, and development of M&E frameworks.
